Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack and Label
Print your prepaid shipping label and securely place your shoes inside a shipping box—please do not use the shoe box itself as the outer shipping container.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
